The world's top richest person Elon Musk owned SpaceX has now decided to start a local broadband company in India and soon all over the world. This was stated by top officials of the company in a press conference.

SpaceX was founded in 2002 by Elon Musk to reduce the cost of transportation to space and improve the research works on Mars and Earth transport and communication.

SpaceX is now developing a starship, a reusable privately funded spaceship, and a heavy lifting launch system for interplanetary Spaceflight.

According to the reports, the SpaceX satellite Broadband i.e Starlink aims to launch in December 2022 with two lakh active terminals all over India under the permission of the government of India. 

Achievements of SpaceX:

The SpaceX company is known for its achievement and hardworking company. Some of its achievements are listed out below:

• The first private company to successfully launch orbit and recover a spacecraft (Dragon in 2010).

The Official Confirmation:

"Pleased to share that SpaceX now has a 100 percent owned subsidiary in India. The name is SSCPL - Starlink Satellite Communications Private Limited and the incorporation date is Nov 1, 2021. We can now start applying for licenses, open bank accounts, etc, "Starlink country director India at SpaceX Sanjay Bhargava said in a social media post.

Starlink claims to have received over 5000 pre-order from India.

Internet Data Packages & its Cost:

The company is charging a deposit of 99 USD or rupees 7,350 per customer and claims to deliver data speeds in the range of 50 to 150 megabits per second in the beta stage.

The company is looking forward to implementing their ideas in most of the rural areas so that all the people get the benefit. It is going to compete with the Vodafone, Jio, and Airtel Broadband it will be a direct competition to Bharti Group.
